It was custom designed by the celebrity designer who also made Kim Kardashian’s sparkler, Lorraine Schwartz. The gorgeous heart-shaped diamond ring was given to her by actor Taylor Kinney on Valentine’s Day in 2015. It also had the T, heart, and S symbol, which meant Taylor loves Stefani, which is Lady Gaga’s real name. Unfortunately, the couple split in 2016, although everyone is rooting for them to get back together.
