Daffodils
Daffodils are bright white, pink, yellow or even deep apricot-colored flowers which herald the arrival of spring. These lovely blooms are part of the Amaryllidaceae species and is known for their corona, which resembles trumpets. They are easy to grow too. However, the flowers are not edible. In fact, they are poisonous to some animals. This makes daffodils an efficient plant to ward off pests.
