Castello di Amorosa
Castello de Amorosa was born out of Dario Sattui’s desire to make the best wine in California. He makes his wines the Italian way as he is a fourth generation winemaker. The architecture is inspired by medieval design. Some of the elements imitate the features of the castles of the 1200’s. The whole property took Sattui almost 30 years to complete. It even includes an area that resembles the torture chambers of that era.
