Turkish Angora
Silky to the touch, this breed is considered one of the most beautiful ones because of its long, glorious hair. It has a history that stands out on its own. A common breed in Armenia and Persia, travelers brought it to Europe in the 1500’s. These were bred together with Persians. During the 20th century, Turkish breeders established a breeding ground for the cat to separate it from its relative and lookalike.
